ATTORNEYS AND PARALEGALS ASSISTED 5344 APPLICATIONS FOR LEGAL SERVICES. HELP WAS PROVIDED IN 63% OF THE APPLICATIONS. LEGAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED TO LOW-INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA.
ATTORNEYS AND PARALEGALS HANDLED APPROXIMATELY 400 COURT CASES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PROVIDING LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ASSISTED BY PRIVATE PRACTICES.
THE ORGANIZATION UPDATE NUMEROUS BROCHURES, PRODUCED TWO NEWSLETTERS AND PROVIDED ONE CLE SEMINAR VIRTUALLY. EACH OF THESE ASSISTED IN THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND THE LEGAL COMMUNITY ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS AND THE ASSISTANCE THAT CAN BE PROVIDED TO THEM.
