THE RANCH OFFERS RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA FOR YOUTH WHO ARE EXPERIENCING SEVERE EMOTIONAL ISSUES, DEVELOPMENTAL DIFFICULTIES, AND OTHER DISORDERS. HOLISTIC CARE FOR EACH CHILD IS PROVIDED THROUGH APPROPRIATE THERAPY, EDUCATION AND SPIRITUAL LIFE PROGRAMMING.

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT - THE RANCH OFFERS RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THIS INCLUDES PSYCHIATRIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES, INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, GROUP THERAPY, FAMILY THERAPY, EDUCATIONAL GROUPS, RECREATIONAL THERAPY, SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES, ADDICTION SERVICES, INDEPENDENT LIVING, MENTORING AND OTHER INTERVENTIONS DEEMED APPROPRIATE.
EDUCATION: ON CAMPUS SCHOOL WHICH PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO UP TO 140 AT-RISK STUDENTS ANNUALLY IN GRADES 1-12. APPROXIMATELY 2/3 OF THE STUDENTS RESIDE IN THE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY WHILE THE REMAINING 1/3 RESIDE IN THE COMMUNITY AND ARE ENROLLED IN THE DAY PROGRAM AS THEIR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS WERE UNABLE TO BE MET IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL. APPROXIMATELY 3/4 OF THE STUDENTS RECEIVE SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES. DAKOTA MEMORIAL SCHOOL IS ACCREDITED BY THE NORTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION AND THE NORTH CENTRAL ASSOCIATION COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION AND SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT. ALL EDUCATORS ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND THE SCHOOL AWARDS HIGH SCHOOL CREDITS AS WELL AS HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS.
