PROVIDE SKILLED NURSING CARE FOR UP TO 44 RESIDENTS DURING THE PAST FISCAL YEAR, UTILIZING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE WHILE TRYING TO MAINTAIN THE MOST ECONOMICAL VALUE. PROVIDE A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES FOR RESIDENTS AND AREA FAMILIES/COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN. REHABILITATE RESIDENTS TO THE LEVEL OF HEALTH THAT ALLOWS THEM TO GO HOME OR TO A LESSOR SKILLED FACILILTY.
