THE BARSTOW SCHOOL PROVIDED COLLEGE PREPARATORY EDUCATION TO 761 STUDENTS (31 OF WHICH WERE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS) AND GRADUATED 66 SENIORS.THE GLOBAL EDUCATION INITIATIVE OFFERED 704 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, 201 MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS AND 324 PRIMARY STUDENTS IN CHINA THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE TAUGHT BY AMERICAN INSTRUCTORS AND EVENTUALLY EARN A BARSTOW INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA. MANY OF THESE STUDENTS ASPIRE TO A COLLEGE EDUCATION IN AMERICA. BARSTOW HOSTED STUDENTS FROM ARGENTINA AND SENEGAL FOR TWO WEEK CROSS-CULTURAL EXCHANGES DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. BARSTOW STUDENTS ALSO TRAVELED TO FRANCE TO EXPERIENCE ANOTHER CULTURE.
