REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT HAS CREATED A UNIFIED, EXPANDED MEMBERSHIP WHERE MEMBERS CAN EXPAND THEIR ABILITY TO EXCHANGE BEST PRACTICES AND IDEAS WITH COLLEAGUES AROUND THE WORLD.
