OPERATION OF LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE FACILITIES. THE CAPSTONE GROUP OWNS TWO FACILITIES, ONE IN GUTHRIE CENTER, IA AND ONE IN MARION, IA. THE GUTHRIE CENTER FACILITY OFFERS A FULL SPECTRUM OF CARE NEEDS, WITH SEVENTEEN (17) INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, FOURTEEN (14) ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, AND FIFTY-EIGHT (58) SKILLED NURSING BEDS. IN TOTAL THE NEW HOMESTEAD IS CAPABLE OF SERVING, SHOULD THERE BE DEMAND, UP TO ONE-HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX (126) RESIDENTS WERE THERE TO BE COUPLES IN ALL INDEPENDENT LIVING AND ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENTS. THE MARION FACILITY IS FOCUSED ON SKILLED NURSING CARE AND IS LICENSED FOR FIFTY (50) BEDS.
