FOR THE BENEFIT OF 38 AMATEUR AND YOUTH SOCCER TEAMS WHICH COMPETED IN LEAGUES AND TOURNAMENTS IN THE ST. LOUIS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (SLYSA), THE METROPOLITAN SOCCER YOUTH LEAGUE (METRO), THE ST. CHARLES COUNTY YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (SCCYSA), THE MISSOURI YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (MYSA) AND THE UNITED STATES YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (USYSA).
