DURING WINTER 2022, ENERGYCARE PROVIDED DIRECT SERVICES TO 419 FAMILIES, HELPING THEM REMAIN SAFELY WARM AND IN THEIR HOMES. SERVICES INCLUDED THE WEATHERIZATION OF 40 HOMES, DISTRIBUTION OF 160 ELECTRIC HEATERS, INSTALLATION OF 40 WEATHERIZATION KITS, AND PROVIDED 309 BLANKETS AND ELECTRIC BLANKETS. DURING SUMMER 2022, ENERGYCARE ADDRESSED INSUFFICIENT ACCESS TO ADEQUATE AIR CONDITIONING BY INSTALLING 165 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FOR MEDICALLY VULNERABLE, LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS WHOSE HEALTH IS PUT AT RISK BY EXPOSURE TO HIGH SUMMER HEAT.
