KC CARE PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE TO THOUSANDS OF LOW-INCOME, UNINSURED, AND UNDER-INSURED INDIVIDUALS IN THE KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, AREA. IN THE LAST FISCAL YEAR, KC CARE SERVED 13,979 PATIENTS IN PRIMARY CARE, 1,702 IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND 3,000 IN DENTAL CARE. THE PHARMACY DISPENSED 39,189 PRESCRIPTIONS. KC CARE SERVED 23,310 PATIENTS THROUGH 90,648 TOTAL ENCOUNTERS ACROSS ALL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION, AND OUTREACH.
