BY BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER WHO HAVE PASSION, EXPERTISE, AND RESOURCES, THE UNITED WAY ACHIEVES A FAR GREATER RESULT THAN ANY ONE GROUP COULD ACHIEVE ON THEIR OWN. VOLUNTEERS FROM THE COMMUNITY LEAD THE ANNUAL CAMPAIGN WHICH KEEPS OVERHEAD COSTS LOW AND THE SYSTEM EFFICIENT.
