THE MUSEUM IS A SOURCE OF HISTORICAL INFORMATION ON LATE 19TH CENTURY LIFE IN ST LOUIS, MO AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WESTERN UNITED STATES. THE MUSEUM OFFERS COLLEGE STUDENTS THROUGH AN INTERSHIP PROGRAM AN OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE THEIR KNOWLEDGE ON MANY SUBJECTS RELATED TO 19TH CENTURY LIFE IN ST LOUIS, MISSOURI. THE MUSEUM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND OFFERS TOURS OF THE MUSEUM WHICH PROVIDES THE PUBLIC HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND INSIGHT INTO 19TH CENTURY LIFE IN ST LOUIS, MISSOURI.
