EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: PAINT AND DECORATING RETAILERS ASSOCIATION HAS SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS FOR OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE PROGRAMS TEACH AND TRAIN ABOUT PAINTING AND RELATED PRODUCTS. THESE CERTIFICATION SEMINARS INSTRUCT STUDENTS ON HOW PAINT IS MADE, HOW TO IDENTIFY CUSTOMER'S NEEDS, AND HOW TO RECOMMEND THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND SURFACE PREPARATION FOR THE PRODUCT. WE ALSO PROVIDE PAINT TRAINING IN A CD FORMAT FOR THOSE THAT WISH TO HAVE A PERMANENT STUDY RESOURCE TO USE AND REFERENCE ANYTIME, AS NEEDED.
