THIS WILL BE ESTABLISHED AND CONDUCTED WITH ONGOING PARTICIPATION FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY AND VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER INCLUDING ADMINISTRATION, DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF CLINICAL PROGRAMS, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INCLUDING ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS) AND HEALTH CARE STRATEGY.EDUCATE GROUP MEMBERS REGARDING ISSUES OF BENEFITS AND CLINICAL PROGRAMS.
