COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE DEPARTMENT RELATIONS SUCH AS PUBLIC SAFETY DAY, BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, AWARDS LUNCHEON, AND THE POLICE AND FIRE EXPLORERS PROGRAM.
