KEEN GR DC OFFERED A VARIETY OF IN-PERSON SPORTS AND RECREATION PROGRAMS FOR OVER 550 YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. SINCE THE ONSET OF THE PANDEMIC, KEEN SWITCHED TO A VIRTUAL FORMAT. THE VIRTUAL PROGRAMS ARE INCLUSIVE SESSIONS HELD ON ZOOM FOR ALL KEEN PARTICIPANTS ATHLETES. KEEN OFFERS: FITNESS, ZUMBA, YOGA, TAE KWON DO, MUSIC, GAMES AND STORYTIME SESSIONS. THE VIRTUAL PROGRAMS FEATURE KEEN VOLUNTEER COACHES THAT OUR ATHLETES RECOGNIZE AND ARE EXCITED TO SEE. KEEN PLANS TO RUN VIRTUAL SESSIONS UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO RESUME IN-PERSON PROGRAMS.
