MEDICAL PROGRAMS: JRCHC OFFERS FULL SPECTRUM PRIMARY CARE, SERVING OVER 20,000 PATIENTS ACROSS THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF BUFFALO.
SUPPORT PROGRAMS: IN ORDER TO PROVIDE MORE HOLISTIC SERVICES, JRCHC OFFERS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING TO ADDRESS HEALTH, EDUCATION, ECONOMIC, AND SPIRITUAL BARRIERS. THIS INCLUDES SERVICES SUCH AS PREGNANCY MENTORING, EARLY CHILDHOOD LITERACY, FINANCIAL AND HOMEOWNERSHIP CLASSES, ENGLIGH LANGUAGE LEARNING SUPPORT, SPIRITUAL CARE, LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, AND MORE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE WELLNESS AND SELF-SUFFICINECY IN THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SERVE.
GLOBAL HEALTH OUTREACH: JRCHC HAS ESTABLISHED TWO PRIMARY CARE CLINICS IN SIERRA LEONE, AND ONE CLINIC IN GOMA, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO AND MOBILE MEDICAL OUTREACH IN NEPAL. THEY PROVIDE OVERSIGHT, RESOURCES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO EACH OF THESE CLINICS.
