THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE ONGOING FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE HOLY FAMILY SCHOOL, WHICH EDUCATES APPROXIMATELY 250 STUDENTS OF VARIOUS ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS. CONTRIBUTIONS ARE SOLICITED THROUGH VARIOUS SOLICITATIONS WITH POTENTIAL DONORS WHICH USUALLY INCLUDE INDIVIDUALS, CHURCHES, AND PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS. THE FOUNDATION ISSUES AN ANNUAL NEWSLETTER TO DONORS AND SCHOOL ALUMNI TO KEEP THEM INFORMED OF THEIR ACTIVITIES AND TO ATTRACT PROSPECTIVE DONORS FOR FUTURE FUNDING. THE FOUNDATION MAINTAINS A SEPARATE FUND FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE WHICH HELPS LOW-INCOME FAMILIES OBTAIN AN EDUCATION FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND HELPS THE SCHOOL MAINTAIN ENROLLMENT AND TUITION REVENUES.
