AMONG THESE PROJECTS, THE MAIN FOCUS IS TO BUILD FACILITIES IN DIFFERENT PARKS AT DES MOINES AREA, ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, CITY OF DES MOINES AND POLK COUNTY PROVIDE GRANTS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS THAT HAVE A DIRECT IMPACT ON IMPROVING DIFFERENT PARKS' FACILITIES.
