TEACH PADDLERS THE PROPER TECHNIQUE TO USE IN ORDER TO HAVE FUN IN THE FESTIVAL RACING. SUPPORT PADDLERS THAT WANT ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO MOVE ON TO WORLD COMPETITION.
