ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED GARDENS REPRESENTATIVE OF LA CROSSE'S SISTER CITIES TO REFLECT OUR APPRECIATION FOR THE DIVERSE CULTURES THAT SHARE THE EARTH. ENCOURAGED PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN MAINTAINING AND USING THE GARDENS. IN 2019 A NEW GARDEN AND SCULPTURES WERE DEDICATED TO HONOR KUMBO, CAMEROON AND IN 2020 THE RUSSIAN GARDEN WAS EXPANDED.
