GRANTS, ALLOCATIONS AND PROGRAM SUPPORTTRINITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO RAISE FUNDS TO MAINTAIN, DEVELOP, INCREASE AND EXTEND THE FACILITIES AND SERVICES OF TRINITY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN FORT DODGE, IOWA, AND TO PROVIDE BROADER HOSPITAL, MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES TO ITS PATIENTS, STUDENTS, STAFF, FACULTY AND RESIDENTS OF THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA IT SERVES. IT SUPPORTS THE MISSIONS OF TRINITY HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC.
