PROVIDE SERVICES TO ATTRACT AND MAINTAIN BUSINESSES IN COMMUNITY. WE PURCHASED LAND FOR AN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND ARE MARKETING IT. TWO LOTS ARE FILLED. THE REMAINING ACRES ARE IN CRP OR BEING RENTED UNTIL THEY ARE FILLED. WE ALSO HAVE PURCHASEED AND SOLD LAND FOR A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO HELP IN FREEING-UP HOUSING FOR FAMILIES EMPLOYED IN THE LOCAL BUSINESSES.
WE MANAGE A REVOLVING LOAN FUND FOR BUSINESSES THAT ARE START-UP OR EXPANDING THEIR BUSINESS IN THE AREA.
