THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES AS A MINNESOTA CHARTER SCHOOL DISTRICT. AS SUCH, PILLAGER AREA CHARTER SCHOOL PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PURSUING A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. THE DISTRICT MUST COMPLY WITH THE POLICIES OF THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WHO FUNDS THEIR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE CHARTER SCHOOL HAD AN AVERAGE OF 45 STUDENTS.
