THE ORGANIZATION FULFILLS THE ABOVE MISSION BY PROVIDING HOUSING AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN A 71 UNIT ASSISTED LIVING BUILDING. IN 2020-2021, THE COMPANY PROVIDED SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 85 PEOPLE IN BOTH REGULAR ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE. MOST ALL OF THE PEOPLE SERVED ARE BELOW 50% OF THE AVERAGE INCOME LEVEL FOR THE AREA AND 35% OF THE PEOPLE SERVED ARE UNDER 30% OF THE AVERAGE INCOME LEVEL. A FULL LEVEL OF SERVICES IS PROVIDED, 24 HOUR CARE, MEALS, LAUNDRY, SOCIAL SERVICESS, ACTIVITIES AND SPIRITURAL CARE.
