WITH THE FOUNDATION'S SUPPORT, THE CONTINUUM ENRICHES LIVES AND PROVIDES A LEVEL OF CARE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CORE MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY ALLINA HEALTH.

COURAGE KENNY REHABILITATION INSTITUTE (CKRI) CKRI REHABILITATIVE PROGRAMS WERE CREATED TO ASSIST PEOPLE ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE, HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGH THEIR SERVICES, INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS, GROUND-BREAKING RESEARCH, AND BARRIER-SHATTERING ADVOCACY.
