JOURNEY NORTH PROVIDES AN INTERNET-BASED EDUCATION AND CITIZEN SCIENCE PROGRAM WHICH ALLOWS USERS TO STUDY WILDLIFE MIGRATION AND SEASONAL CHANGE. THE JOURNEY NORTH 501(C)3 LEGAL ENTITY WILL BE DISSOLVED AT THE END OF THIS FISCAL/TAX YEAR. SO THAT JOURNEY NORTH (THE "PROGRAM") CAN BE ADVANCED INTO THE FUTURE, ALL PROGRAM MATERIALS (CONTENT, TRADEMARK, AND RESOURCES) WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON ARBORETUM.
