DURING 2021 THERE WERE AT LEAST 32 FARMS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM. THE ENROLLED FARMS CHOOSE A DIAGNOSTIC TEAM OF DAIRY PROFESSIONALS THAT ARE ORGANIZED BY A COORDINATOR. THE COORDINATOR FACILITATES DIAGNOSTIC MEETINGS AND MONITORS EACH FARM'S IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEAM'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND PRACTICES. FARMS IN THE PROGRAM SHOW INCREASED MILK PRODUCTION AND PROFITS AS WELL AS GAIN BETTER EFFICIENCIES LOWERING PRODUCTION COSTS AND SOME WORK TOWARD FARM TRANSITION. THEY ALSO GET ADVICE AND IDEAS ON IMPROVING THEIR OPERATION TO OBTAIN THEIR GOALS BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL. THE FARMS THAT HAVE BEEN HELPED THROUGH OUR PROGRAM HAVE INCREASED PROFITABILITY IMPROVED THEIR STANDARD OF LIVING CONTINUE HELP KEEP THE RURAL ECONOMY STRONG AND WORK TO TRANSITION THEIR FARM TO THE NEXT GENERATION.
