NPFM ENVISIONS A FUTURE WHERE THOSE LIVING WITH PARKINSON'S ARE ACTIVELY ENJOYING LIFE WITH THEIR FRIENDS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORS, CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN WITH COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. NPFM PROVIDES FUNDING FOR RESPITE CARE, HELP-AT HOME, AND EXERCISE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY PARKINSON'S DISEASE. NPFM IS ACTIVELY BUILDING PARKINSON FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF MINNESOTA WITH COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS LEADERS, CITY OFFICIALS AND FIRST RESPONDERS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.
