PROVIDE IN-HOME AND ONLINE SERVICES TO PEOPLE 55+ BY ORGANIZING COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS, PROFESSIONALS, AND FAMILY MEMBERS TO PROVIDE CARE FOR THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD SENIORS IN WAYS THAT SUPPORT CHOICE, DIGNITY, AND INDEPENDENCE BY BRINGING NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, VOLUNTEERS, CAREGIVERS, AND COMMUNITY LEADERS TOGETHER TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY LONG-TERM CARE. 116 CLIENTS SERVED, 18 ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS (MUCH LOWER THAN IN 2019 DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC). FOOT CARE AND HOMEMAKING CONTINUED, BUT EMERGENCY SITUATIONS ONLY DUE TO PANDEMIC. ONLINE PROGRAMMING WAS INTRODUCED; 36 MEDIATION PROGRAMS WERE HELD ON ZOOM. PUBLISHED A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND RAN THREE CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAMS; 600 SUBSCRIBERS AND OVER 100 PRIVATE DONORS.
