2022 SPRING CONFERENCE, APRIL 28-29, 2022, "LEADING IN A NEW DAY" WAS HELD VIRTUALLY OVER ZOOM. WE HAD 131 ATTENDEES AND 8 EXHIBITORS. THIS CONFERENCE WAS FOCUSED ON RENEWING LEADERSHIP APPROACHES IN A NEW NORMAL FOLLOWING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC CHANGED THE LEADERSHIP ENVIRONMENT FOR NURSE LEADERS. THIS CONFERENCE BROUGHT TOGETHER SPEAKERS WHOSE TOPICS INSPIRED A NEW ENERGY AND IDEAS FOR NURSE LEADERS AS THEY CONTINUE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES. 8 CEU CREDITS WERE OFFERED TO ATTENDEES, AND WERE CERTIFIED THROUGH THE AMERICAN NURSES CREDENTIALING CENTER (ANCC).


2022 FALL CONFERENCE, OCTOBER 27-28, 2022, BREEZY POINT RESORT IN BREEZY POINT, MN, "STAYING THE COURSE: RESILIENCY IN NURSING LEADERSHIP." WE HAD 251 ATTENDEES AND 16 EXHIBITORS.THE 2022 FALL CONFERENCE PROVIDED LEADERSHIP TOOLS AND STRATEGIES THAT STRENGTHENED AND SUPPORTS NURSES IN FORMAL AND INFORMAL LEADERSHIP ROLES. SEVEN SPEAKERS SPOKE OVER THE TWO DAY CONFERENCE. 8.75 CEU CREDITS WERE OFFERED TO ATTENDEES, AND WERE CERTIFIED THROUGH THE AMERICAN NURSES CREDENTIALING CENTER (ANCC).
