THE MISSION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD NETWORK FOR SENIORS IS TO ENABLE OUR OLDER NEIGHBORS TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN THEIR OWN HOMES BY PROVIDING VOLUNTEER SUPPORT AND AFFORDABLE, IN-HOME SERVICES WHEN NEEDED.

WE PROVIDED MORE THAN 120 FREE RIDES TO AND FROM DOCTOR AND DENTAL APPOINTMENTS FOR SENIORS. WE COMPLETED MORE THAN 200 HOME CHORE/REPAIR TASKS FREE OF CHARGE FOR SENIORS AND CAREGIVERS IN THEIR HOMES.
WE PROVIDE MORE THAN 150 IN-HOME FOOT CARE SERVICES TO SENIORS. WE PROVIDED MONTHLY BLOOD PRESSURE CLINICS AT FOUR COMMUNITY SITES, SERVING MORE THAN 250 INDIVIDUALS. WE HOSTED MULTIPLE HEALTH AND EXERCISE EVENTS IN COMMUNITY SETTINGS ACROSS ST. PAUL, REACHING MORE THAN 500 INDIVIDUALS. WE PROVIDED MONTHLY CARE COORDINATION AND MEDICATION MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS TO MORE THAN 25 SENIORS.
