PROVIDING FREE EDUCATIONAL, MATERIAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT SERVICES; AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CONSULTATIVE MEDICAL SERVICES. ALL SERVICES ARE OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE. FOCUS OF WORK: EMPOWERING WOMEN IN UNEXPECTED PREGNANCY SITUATIONS; EVIDENCE-BASED EDUCATION AND SERVICES; CONSULTATIONS, CLASSES, AND SUPPORT SERVICES; ONSITE QUALITY PREGNANCY TESTS AND ULTRASOUNDS WITH PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL STAFF; TRAINED SUPPORTIVE PATIENT AND CLIENT ADVOCATES; AND PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL SERVICES. IN 2021, WE STARTED OFFERING MEDICAL SERVICES, EXPANDED CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES AND CLASSES FOR YOUNG MOMS AND COUPLES. WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION OUTREACH. ALL SERVICES ARE OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE. MEDICAL PATIENTS ARE SEEN FOR CONSULTATIONS, PREGNANCY TESTS AND LIMITED OBSTETRICAL ULTRASOUND TESTS FROM 6 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO FULL TERM OF PREGNANCY, IF MEDICALLY ELIGIBLE. CLIENTS ARE SEEN AND CAN RECEIVE SERVICES FROM THE BEGINNING OF PREGNANCY UNTIL THE CHILD'S 2ND BIRTHDAY, AND LONGER IF NEEDED. THEY PARTICIPATE IN ONE ON ONE CLASSES ON PREGNANCY, PARENTING AND LIFE SKILLS, ETC. CLIENTS RECEIVE FREE MATERIAL SUPPORT AND REFERRALS AS NEEDED. PATIENTS AND CLIENTS SERVED ARE MAINLY FROM SHERBURNE COUNTY (BECKER, BIG LAKE, ELK RIVER AND ZIMMERMAN) AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS; RAMSEY, ROGERS, OTSEGO, ALBERTVILLE AND MONTICELLO. MEDICAL SERVICES IN 2023 PATIENTS RECEIVED PREGNANCY TESTS-20 PATIENTS RECEIVED ULTRASOUNDS-16, PLUS 12 MODELS CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES: LEARNING PROGRAM & MATERIAL SUPPORT 2023 SERVICES PROVIDED: 308 CLIENTS HAD VISITS 157 CLIENTS-BOUTIQUE VISITS FOR BABY SUPPLIES (DIAPERS, BABY FOOD, FORMULA, CLOTHING, AND ACCESSORIES LIKE SHAMPOO, BOTTLES, TOYS, ETC) 328 CLASSES TAKEN ONSITE, IN ADDITION TO 115 VIRTUAL CLASSES BEING SENT TO CLIENTS 20 DIAPER BAGS FILLED WITH SUPPLIES, 8 MOM GIFT BASKETS AND 21 MOM SUPPLY BOXES WERE GIVEN AS A GIFT TO NEW MOMS IN 2023, APPROXIMATELY 37 VOLUNTEERS GAVE 1775.75 HOURS OF THEIR TIME.
