FCDC HAS BEEN PROVIDING CHILD CARE AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCTION SERVICES IN OUR COMMUNITY FOR OVER 25 YEARS. AS A COMMUNITY BASED NONPROFIT CENTER, WE PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION BY NURTURING THE UNIQUE POTENTIAL OF EVERY CHILD THROUGH ACTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH PARENTS AND FAMILIES. FCDC OFFERS CHILD CARE AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS TO 6 YEARS. FCDC BELIEVES IN NURTURING CHILDREN'S EARLY LEARNING THROUGH PLAY AND REGARDLESS OF SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS; EACH CHILD HAS THE RIGHT TO NURTURING CARE AND EDUCATION THAT WILL STIMULATE THEIR GROWTH AND FOSTER THEIR DEVELOPMENT.
