LEADINGAGE MINNESOTA PROVIDED ITS MEMBERS WITH HUNDREDS OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO TRAINED OVER 100 LICENSED ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTORS. THE TYPES OF PROGRAMS DELIVERED WERE CONFERENCES, REGIONAL MEETINGS, CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS, AND ON-DEMAND LEARNING. THE TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE COVID-19 REGULATIONS, WORKFORCE, DEMENTIA CARE, SUPERVISION, LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, REIMBURSEMENT, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND PUBLIC POLICY, AMONG OTHERS.

INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:LEADINGAGE MINNESOTA PUBLISHED A WEEKLY NEWSLETTER AND A WEEKLY UPDATE, REACHING MORE THAN 5000 PEOPLE VIA EMAIL TWICE EACH WEEK. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED INTERACTIVE FORUMS CALLED "COACHING ROOMS AND "HUDDLES" EACH WEEK TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS.
