LEADINGAGE MINNESOTA PROVIDED ITS MEMBERS WITH HUNDREDS OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ALSO TRAINED HUNDREDS OF LICENSED ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTORS. THE TYPES OF PROGRAMS DELIVERED WERE EVENTS, REGIONAL MEETINGS, STATE-WIDE GATHERS, CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, WEBINARS, AND WORKSHOPS. THE TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE COVID-19 REGULATIONS, WORKFORCE, DEMENTIA CARE, SUPERVISION, LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, REIMBURSEMENT, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND PUBLIC POLICY, AMONG OTHERS.
ADVOCACY: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED INFORMATION TO ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS ON A RANGE OF ISSUES IMPACTING OLDER ADULT SERVICES.
