ALL OF YOUTH FOR CHRIST MINISTRY STAFF SPEND OVER 80 PERCENT OF THEIR SALARIED TIME IN DIRECT MINISTRY PROGRAMMING TO TEENAGERS AND IN PLANNING AND PREPARATION FOR THIS PROGRAMMING. OUR PROGRAMMING INCLUDES: WEEKLY LARGE AND SMALL GROUP MEETINGS, TRAINING STUDENT LEADERS, ONE-TO-ONE APPOINTMENTS, COACHING, HIGH ADVENTURE TRIPS, AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS.
