PROGRAMS AND EVENTS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN AGRICULTURE. THE ACTIVITIES NORMALLY INCLUDE LIVESTOCK AND NON LIVESTOCK EXHIBITIONS. FOR THE CURRENT TAX SEASON THEY INCLUDED MAINTENANCE OF THE GROUNDS AND OTHER GENERAL EXPENSES. NORMAL FAIR ACTIVITIES DID NOT HAPPEN DUE TO COVID-19.
