THE MINNESOTA HORSE COUNCIL WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1935 TO GATHER AND DISTRIBUTE INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE MINNESOTA HORSE INDUSTRY. THEY ALSO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR MINNESOTA'S HORSE TRAILS AND GRANTS FOR EQUINE-RELATED PROJECTS AS WELL AS EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS IN THE EQUINE INDUSTRY.
