EMPLOYMENT, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND PERSON CENTERED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES THAT ARE GEARED TO MEET EACH PERSON'S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, INTERESTS AND TALENTS.
CLIENTS PERFORM A HOST OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES INCLUDING COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS-CONTRACTED EMPLOYMENT AT ADVANCE OPPORTUNITIES, MANUFACTURING OF PRODUCTS SOLD TO THE COMMUNITY AND FEE-BASED SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY. CLIENTS EARN WAGES AS A RESULT OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.
