CONDUCT ANNUAL COUNTY FAIR FOR FIVE DAYS IN LATE JULY/EARLY AUGUST TO EXHIBIT AND PROMOTE AGRICULTUREAL, HORTICULTURAL, MECHANICAL INDUSTRIAL, AND OTHER PRODUCTS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, INCLUDING EXHIBITS OF THE ARTS AND SCIENCE, AND OTHER PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS PERTINENT TO EXPOSITIONS OF HUMAN ART, INDUSTRY, AND SKILL AND USUAL TO COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIRS.
