MAJOR EMPHASIS-DONATING TO THE FIRST YEARS NEWS LETTER IN COOPERATION WITH THE CITY OF DE PERE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND HOPE SQUAD TO FIGH TEENSUICIDE IN AREA HIGH SCHOOLS, I-PADS FOR AUTISM (A WI-UM SIGNATURE PROJECT) AND DONATION TO KIWANIS INT'L FOUNDATION TO HONOR AN OUTSTANDING CLUB MEMBER. COMMUNITY SERVICE--WE SUPPOR THE RIBBON OF HOPE FOR FAMILIES GOING THROUGH BREAST CANCER, DEPERE HISTORICAL SOCIETY, DEPERE BEAUTIFICATION AND MUSIC AND ARTS FOR THE COMMUNITY. WE HAVE ALSO SPONSORED THE DE PERE MEMORIAL DAY PARADE, ONE OF THE LARGEST IN THE STATE FOR THE PAST 50+ YEARS.
SERVICE LEADERSHIP--TO SUPPORT THE CIRCLE K CLUB AT ST NORBERT COLLEGE AND THE KEY CLUB AT DE PERE HIGHS SCHOOL--PROGRAMS TO ENCOURAGE SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP IN COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOLS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND VOLUNTEERING TO SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
YOUTH SERVICES--TO SUPPORT THE YOUTH AND CHILDREN OF THE AREA THROUGH THE WISCONSIN BOOKWORMS, THAT PROVIDE BOOKS EACH MONTH TO STUDENT IDENTIFIED AT RISK THROUGH A LOCAL SCHOOL & SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IDENTIFIED BY THE SCHOOL WHO ARE PURSUING A 2 YEAR PROGRAM AFTER HIGH SCHOOL. SPONSORSHIP OF THE AMERICAN LEGION BASESBALL TEAM, CITY OF DE PERE RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS, DE PERE YOUTH SOCCER, DE PERE GIRLS SOFTBALL, BROWN COUNTY PALS PROGRAM AND THE WEST DE PERE MUSIC DEPARTMENT.
