THE ASSOCIATION HAS NINE NATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT ARE OUR PROGRAMS OF WORK AND INCLUDE CAREER CONNECTION, LEADERSHIP SERVICE IN ACTION, FACTS (FAMILIES ACTING FOR COMMUNITY TRAFFIC SAFETY), FAMILIES FIRST-JAPANESE EXCHANGE, FINANCIAL FITNESS, POWER OF ONE, AND STOP THE VIOLENCE, STAR COMPETITIVE EVENTS. THE FOCUS OF EACH YEAR AND THE PROGRAM OF WORK ARE DETERMINED IN THE SUMMER AFTER THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS. FALL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE HOLD STAR EVENTS WHICH ARE COMPETITIVE EVENTS THAT FOCUS ON THE DEMONSTRATION OF SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IN COMPREHENSIVE AND OCCUPATIONAL INVOLVEMENT THROUGH PROJECTS. COMMUNITY SERVICE IS DECIDED NATIONALLY AND STATE ORGANIZATION DECIDES ON PROJECTS RELEVANT TO THE VISION AND MISSION AND AS VOTED UPON AT THE SEC.
