THE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES OF THE ILLINOIS FOUNDATION FFA, INC. ARE TO RECEIVE BY REQUEST, DEVISE, GIFT, OR OTHERWISE, EITHER ABSOLUTE OR IN TRUST FOR ANY OF ITS PURPOSES, ANY PROPERTY, REAL OR PERSONAL, FUND OR NO FUND, WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO AMOUNT OR VALUE TO CONVEY SUCH PROPERTY AND TO INVEST OR REINVEST ANY PRINCIPAL, AND TO DEAL WITH AND EXPAND THE INCOME AND/OR PRINCIPAL OF THE CORPORATION FOR SUCH EDUCATION ACTIVITIES AND IN SUCH A MANNER AS IN THE JUDGEMENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WILL STIMULATE AND PROMOTE THE BEST INTERESTS OF STUDENTS AND FORMER STUDENTS OF AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION ON A LOCAL, SECTIONAL,OR STATE BASIS.
