NORMAN B. BARR CAMP IS USED FOR CHURCH CONFERENCES, FOR CHILDREN WHO ORDINARILY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND A SUMMER CAMP, AND FOR FAMILIES. THE CAMP HAS COTTAGES WHICH ARE RENTED TO THOSE WHO TAKE PART IN THE CAMP PROGRAMS. MOST OF THE CHILDREN ATTENDING CAMP ARE FROM THE INNER CITY. BOARD MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HELP WITH THE CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CAMP. MOST OF THE FUNDS RECEIVED ARE FROM NET RENTALS AND DONATIONS. THERE IS A CHAPEL ON THE GROUNDS WHICH IS USED BOTH DURING THE WEEK AND FOR SUNDAY SERVICES.
