PROMOTE THE HANK AARON STATE TRAIL THROUGH THE ANNUAL RUN/WALK EVENT AND URBAN CANDLELIGHT HIKE. LEAD SUMMER WEEK-LONG BIKE CAMPS FOR CHILDREN IN NEIGHBORING SCHOOLS. PROMOTE THE TRAIL AND ITS RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
ENHANCE THE TRAIL WITH CULTURAL AND PHYSICAL ENRICHMENTS THAT CREATE A SENSE OF COMMUNITY. PROJECTS DURING THE YEAR INCLUDED TWO SIGNATURE ART SCULPTURES - TILTED CHANNEL AND THE MILWAUKEE ROAD MONUMENT.
