LSS HOUSING, EAU CLAIRE, INC (JEFFERS ROAD APARTMENTS) IS A SERVICE CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PREMIER LOW-INCOME HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR OUR TENANTS. JEFFERS ROAD OFFERS 8 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT. JEFFERS ROAD IS MANAGED BY LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF WISCONSIN AND UPPER MICHIGAN WHOSE MISSION IS "ACT COMPASSIONATELY. SERVE HUMBLY. LEAD COURAGEOUSLY."
