EAST RIVER POP WARNER FOOTBALL IS GREEN BAY'S PREMIER YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE. CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7 AND 11 ARE TAUGHT SAFE TACKLING AND FOOTBALL FUNDAMENTALS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF VOLUNTEER COACHES WHO ARE USA FOOTBALL CERTIFIED. THE PROGRAM EMPHASIZES SAFETY, SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK AND LOVE OF THE GAME ALL KIDS PLAY IN EVERY GAME. ADDITIONALLY, POP WARNER IS THE ONLY NATIONAL YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATION IN AMERICA THAT REWARDS ITS MEMBERS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN THE CLASSROOM VIA ITS LITTLE SCHOLARS PROGRAM.
