THE MISSION OF FAMILY HEALTH CENTER OF MARSHFIELD, INC. IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR THE UNDERSERVED AND TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITIES.

IN TOTAL, FAMILY HEALTH CENTER OF MARSHFIELD, INC. (FHC) SERVED APPROXIMATELY 42,361 UNIQUE PATIENTS FOR THE 12 MONTHS ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2023; MANY OF WHOM WOULD NOT OTHERWISE RECEIVE CARE OR WOULD FACE SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO ACCESSING IT. FHC CONTRACTED ALL HEALTHCARE AND ADMINSTRATIVE STAFF TO PROVIDE CARE DIRECTLY TO PATIENTS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. ON APRIL 1, 2023, THESE CONTRACTED STAFF MEMBERS TRANSITIONED TO FHC EMPLOYEES, CONTINUING TO ADMINISTRATE AND DELIVER CARE DIRECTLY TO PATIENTS. FHC ALSO MAINTAINS A NETWORK OF CONTRACTED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS THROUGHOUT CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN TO ENSURE COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL, ORAL, AND BEHAVIORAL CARE SERVICES.
