LSS MANOR INC - CALUMET (GOLDEN HORIZONS) IS A SERVICE CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PREMIER LOW-INCOME HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES FOR OUR TENANTS. GOLDEN HORIZONS OFFERS 16 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING FOR OLDER ADULTS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT. GOLDEN HORIZONS IS MANAGED BY LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES OF WISCONSIN AND UPPER MICHIGAN WHOSE MISSION IS "ACT COMPASSIONATELY. SERVE HUMBLY. LEAD COURAGEOUSLY." SOME OF THE PROPERTY AMENITIES INCLUDE AN ON-SITE MANAGER, COMMUNITY ROOM, ON-SITE LAUNDRY FACILITIES, WELL MAINTAINED LANDSCAPING WITH OUTDOOR SEATING AREAS, PETS ALLOWED, SECURE BUILDING, CABLE HOOKUP AND FURNISHED REFRIGERATORS AND RANGES.
