MARKETING, RESEARCH AND EDUCATION. ON DECEMBER 1 OF EACH YEAR, THE BOARD SHALL MAKE WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR RESEARCH PROPOSALS TO BE SUBMITTED BY RESEARCHERS NATIONWIDE. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SHALL REQUIRE THAT PROPOSALS BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD BY MARCH 1 OF EACH YEAR. AT THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE WISCONSIN STATE CRANBERRY GROWERS ASSOCIATION, INC. HELD EACH JANUARY, THE BOARD SHALL CALL FOR OTHER PROPOSALS AND FOR SUGGESTIONS FOR RESEARCH FROM GROWERS. THE MARKETING BOARD SHALL MEET TO ACT ON RESEARCH PROPOSALS BY APRIL OF EACH YEAR. ANNUAL REPORTS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PROJECTS. THE BOARD SHALL REQUIRE A REPORT OF THE RESULTS OR PROGRESS OF ANY PROJECT FUNDED BY MARCH 1 OF EACH YEAR. PROGRESS REPORTS SHALL BE REQUIRED OF ANY RESEARCH NOT COMPLETED OR FOR WHICH RESULTS ARE PRELIMINARY OR NOT KNOWN AT THAT TIME.
