THE SOCIETY HOSTS FIVE MONTHLY PROGRAMS, FOUR NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND ONE ANNUAL CONFERENCE THAT PROVIDE TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSION. TOPICS INCLUDE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, COMPENSATION, RECRUITMENT, TRENDS, AND LEGAL UPDATES.
THE SOCIETY'S TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS PUBLISHES A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER THAT SUPPORTS OUR MISSION TO MAKE OUR MEMBERS SUCCESSFUL BY BUILDING CONNECTIONS TO KNOWLEDGE, IDEAS, RELATIONSHIPS, AND MARKETPLACES. THE ELECTRONIC PUBLICATION IS SENT TO ALL OF THE SOCIETY MEMBERS, WHICH NUMBERS ABOUT 750.
THE SOCIETY PUBLISHES AN ANNUAL COMPENSATION SURVEY. THE COMPENSATION SURVEY COVERS OVER 200 BENCHMARK JOBS ACROSS MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES AND PROVIDES CRITICAL COMPENSATION DATA TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS.
